Those who hire oftentimes don't care for graphics (pictures, clipart, drawings) within a resume, unless the job is within a creative industry. A graphic design or artist, for example, find it necessary to include a sampling of their works to draw readers in. Actors, on the other hand, are the exception because few other industries require pictures.
