The paper resume isn't dead yet. Several variations of paper, such as copy, construction, multipurpose, photo, cotton, bamboo laid, parchment, and linen, are available to print your job-search materials. Each selection possesses a different texture, thickness, and may be available in a variety of colors — although only a few selections are acceptable. Your materials will have a better look when printed on quality, 20 lb. paper; thicker than copy paper, yet lighter than card stock. That thickness allows the document to remain crisp and winkle free. Printing on high-quality stationery reflects a "quality document"; and if properly written, a "qualified candidate."
