Gordy has spent over 25 years providing individual, team, and organizational consulting services to a wide variety of public and private sector clients. He co-authored the number one selling leadership textbook and won several teaching awards as a tenured Professor at the United States Air Force Academy, and he graduated from the Academy in 1978.
