management processes, quality improvement and designated
clinical/non-clinical topics. Collaborate with medical and other
professional staff to accomplish goals within designated
timeframes.  Travel to healthcare provider sites
in Arkansas to offer/perform quality improvement activities: such
as, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of general
QI education goals/techniques/processes and assigned clinical topic
academic detailing&#38;mdash;inclusive of data collection, where
appropriate. Assist team in developing, providing,
and disseminating group QI and clinical topic specific academic
detailing via all supported media: regional meeting presentations
and exhibits, direct mail, newsletters, articles, webinars,
teleconferences, etc&#38;hellip;
Educate Hospital
and/or Physician Office staff and stakeholders on pertinent
policies, processes and quality improvement principles.
 
Utilize performance measurement findings in developing
methods to institute innovative performance activities in
participating Hospitals and/or Physician

Understand and
utilize performance tracking tools for day-to-day activities,
on-site visits and issues pertinent to individual projects,
partners and collaborators. 
Present progress
report and update of project activities to QI Team and appropriate
project staff at designated time intervals.
 Identify barriers and problem solve with QI team as
related to hospital trends with abstraction, submission and
validation of data.  Assist with input into tool
development in collaboration with hospital team based on feedback
from providers through validation process. 
 Assist team in
development and maintenance of IQI databases: tracking, validation,
and others as appropriate.
