Managing Director - Fixed Income Investments
BTC Capital Management, a Registered Investment Advisor and an affiliate of Bankers Trust Company, N.A. is seeking an experienced fixed income portfolio manager to enhance our existing investment team. Our ideal candidate will possess 10+ years experience in managing fixed income investment portfolios for both private and institutional clients. Our preferred candidate will be experienced in managing a total return strategy, as well as managing tax-exempt fixed income strategies. This candidate should have extensive experience in fixed income security analysis as well as influencing firmlevel strategy management. BA/BS, MBA (or similar advanced degree) and/or CFA required. Candidate must possess excellent analytical skills, be proficient with specific software platforms (CMS BondEdge, Bloomberg, MS Office), and possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
PT Human Resources Project Coordinator
Seeking professional individual to coordinate a variety of HR related projects to include wellness initiatives, New Employee Orientation, employee on-boarding process, and the summer internship program. Other duties will include conducting exit interviews, assisting with various HR reports, coordinating bank events, and other duties as assigned. High School diploma required. Previous HR experience and 1-2 years of post High School education desired. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher. Strong oral and written communication skills. 25-32 hours per week (flexible in the hours and the days of the week).
