Seeking an experienced individual for our Business Applications Department to assist in the planning and analysis of solutions to complex business problems, act as a liaison between business unit and Information Technology to identify appropriate solutions, prepare business cases and cost analysis, and prepare system/solution specifications. Four-year degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent; 1 - 5 years experience with business analytics and process improvement; prior proven experience and success with business analysis, design, implementation and testing; strong customer service skills; excellent written and oral communication skills; strong analytical and problem solving skills; prior/current experience with banking or financial institutions preferred; and knowledge of banking/financial institution regulatory requirements preferred. Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
