Seeking excellent candidate for the Lead Lock Box Representative position at our downtown location responsible for coordinating and directing daily work flow for staff. Assist with research, corrections, and training as needed. Serve as back up to the department manager, assist with customer communication, and participate in Cash Management business calls by phone and/or in person. Open and process mail; prepare checks received; provide complete and accurate reports, transmissions, check copies or other information as determined. High School Diploma/GED, computer knowledge, alpha/numeric data entry, clerical skills, or previous Lock Box experience desired. CRT experience, excellent 10-key skills, data entry skills, balancing, copying, Excel, attention to detail, accuracy, and previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
