Seeking excellent customer service provider to fill full-time Lead Teller position at our North location. Provide courteous efficient service to customers, generally involving the receipt and payment of cash. Promote good relations by directly satisfying customer needs, including referring bank products. Direct CSRs in performing their daily functions such as maintaining proper cash levels, following check cashing procedures, and fulfilling customer needs. Prepare various monthly reconciliation reports and coordinate cash vault duties. Provide training to CSRs and coordinate work schedules. High School Diploma/GED required and six months experience using the following skills: cash handling, balancing, CRT, 10-key, strong communication skills, excellent customer relations skills, and demonstrated sales abilities. Previous supervisory skills desired. Full-time hours vary between 7:00 a.m. and 6:15 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. some Saturdays.
