Crew Leader

Job Location: Le Mars, IA

Wells' Enterprises, Inc. - the maker of Blue Bunny Ice Cream has an opening for a Crew Leader to work on the night shift at our Ice Cream Plants in Le Mars, Iowa.

The primary duties include running the production process,
conducting daily review and response meetings with team, mentoring and developing skill sets with team members and other duties as assigned. This position requires the ability to use basic hand tools and to read, write, interpret instructions, and have mathematical skills.
