Medical Social Worker
Part time in Fort Dodge
Part-time: To provide home visits throughout the Des Moines Metro Area. MSW preferred, minimum MSW from an accredited school of social work. Must have good communication skills, previous experience in social work, knowledge of community resources, and strong case management skills.
