Urbandale Health Care Center is seeking a Clinical Reimbursement
Specialist/Director of Tru Rehab to carry out our mission of

organization!- In this position you will oversee the Tru-Rehab department
working with ID team to assure continuity of care for all rehab
residents.
- You will facilitate communication between resident, resident
family, physician, and ID team members.
- Utilize community resources to assist residents to return to
their life in the community.
Qualifications: Registered nurse in the state of Iowa, Certification in MDS assessments, must be RAC CT 3.0, 2 years of supervisory experiences.
