Excellent benefits with a beginning pay range of $11.53 - $12.15 per hour, full and part time positions that include day, evening and overnight shifts.

Our Direct Support Professionals make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities by teaching life skills in the areas of medication management, community access, financial responsibility, transportation and self-advocacy.

Requirements: At least 18 year of age. High school diploma or GED Valid Iowa Driver's License Reliable vehicle with auto insurance Pre-employment criminal and abuse background check, driving record check and company-paid physical and drug screen.

Providing residential, vocational and day habilitation services for people with disabilities throughout central Iowa.

Established in 1979, Progress Industries is a private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization designed to provide opportunities for people with disabilities to make informed choices about where they live and work within their communities.
