Full and Part-time Positions
AA's in the Youth Community Department will help inspire children with autism towards personal growth by providing Applied Behavior Analysis services in the children's individual homes. Many openings in Des Moines, Marshalltown, Ankeny, Johnston, and West Des Moines for after school shifts 2-3 hours in length, as well as Saturday and Sunday afternoons. There are part-time positions that will be 10-20 hours. Starting wage $9.25-$10.60/hr based on education and experience.

AA's at our Youth Home in Altoona will work with children with autism on self-care and social skill development. Evening, weekend, and some overnight shifts available. Starting wage $10.60/hr.

AA's for the Adult Community Department will work directly with adults with autism on self-care, vocational/ social skill development, and community involvement in the individuals' apartments in the greater Des Moines area. Varied hours, mostly evenings and weekends. Starting wage $9.25-$10.60/hr based on education and experience.

AA's at our main Campus in rural Pleasant Hill will work with adults with autism on self-care and vocational/social skill development. Various day and evening shifts available, with some weekends required. Starting wage $9.25-$10.60/hr based on education and experience.
