Service Coordinator
AKA Targeted Case Management

The Training and Evaluation Center of Hutchinson has an opening for a Service Coordinator. This position is also known as Targeted Case Management.

This position has the responsibility of assisting individuals with disabilities and their support networks to identify, select, coordinate, obtain, and use both paid services and natural supports as may be available to enhance the individual's interdependence, integration, and productivity.

Requires knowledge in Positive Behavioral Supports, advocacy, community resources, ability to implement/author a person centered plan, and the ability to assist persons served in funding and applying for services.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, vocational rehabilitation, or related field is required. Experience preferred.

Residential Trainer

• Several night, day/evening and weekend positions with shift differential.
  

• Provide services for residents in, individual or Group living locations.
  

• Wages start at $7.75 per hour
