CNC Analyst
As a CNC Analyst with Lake Region Medical you will be responsible for the implementation and management of a new JDE installation. This includes the deployment, configuration, maintenance and monitoring of a JDE system in a global environment.

Accountabilities Include:

• Perform package builds and deployments according to the business applications change management process.
  

• Responsible for configuring, maintaining and supporting the JDE ERP and associated services.
  

• Refresh and optimize the underlying database, ensuring it is meeting or exceeding uptime requirements and performance is measured and monitored.
  

• Monitor, audit and analyze system performance to troubleshoot and fix problems that occur in the everyday use of the application.
  

• Train business analysts, programmers and end-users on the overall use of the JDE ERP system
  

• Planning and installation of electronic software updates (ESU's).
  

• Evaluate, analyze and implement vendor Service Packs or Tools Releases.
  

• Remote CNC management through various secure access systems.
  

• Development of software tools and processes to automate repetitive CNC tasks.
  

Requirements:

• B.S. in computer science required, M.S. strongly preferred.
  

• Five (5) or more years experience in JDE CNC systems administration, to include user and application security.
  

• Implementation rollout experience for JDE 8.12 or higher.
  

• Demonstrated proficiency in the areas of package builds and deployments.
  

• Management of various development, testing and production business environments which are self-contained sub-systems.
  

• Printer configuration experience.
  

• Experience in the creation of new environments.
  

• Strong hardware familiarity including servers, hubs, switches, routers and configuration technologies.
  

• Ability to grasp global corporate perspective in defining priorities.
  

• Good organization and time management skills.
  

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  

• Excellent interpersonal and team skills.
  

• Highly developed analytical skills.
  

• Ability to multi-task and set priorities.
  

• Must be a logical thinker with good reasoning skills.
  

• Able to maintain confidentiality.
