Family Nurse Practitioner & Physical Therapist

Job Location: Tyler , MN

Status: Full Time
Hours of Duty: Primarily daytime hours with evening, weekend, and holiday call rotation for the Emergency Room. Assumes responsibility and accountability for provision of primary health care and medical management of patients at Tyler Medical Clinic and Lake Benton Medical Clinic in collaboration with a physician. Nurse Practitioners practice under the rules and regulations of the Nurse Practice Act of the state in which they work.

• Physical Therapist - Full Time
  

Physical Therapist is responsible for implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to accepted physical therapy practices and principles.
Requirements : The Physical Therapist must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy and must be licensed in the State of Minnesota. Previous experience preferred.
