The Heritage of Foley is currently looking to fill positions at two of their facilities:

The Foley Nursing Center - our recently remodeled 89-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation care center.

Nursing Assistants: PT Days, FT Evenings, and PT & FT nights.

LPN: PT Evenings

Heritage Home Health & Hospice - help patient enjoy the comforts and security of home and family with support and care from our medical professionals.

Registered Nurse: PT opening. Must have home care experience and a valid driver's license.

All candidates must have current MN licensure.
