Description

Thies & Talle Management, a leading property management company with over twenty years in the multi housing industry, has an opportunity for a Regional Property Manager. Support and provide leadership properties around the Fargo area.

Responsibilities:

Asset and staff management

Vendor management

Establishing marketing and leasing goals

Budget responsibility

Site level experience

This is a Fargo based position and would be managing a portfolio of 10 communities. We offer a professional and friendly environment with competitive salary and benefits. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits include Health, Dental, Flexible Benefit plan, and 401(k).
