Quality Manager

Job Location: Litchfield, MN

A world leader in the precision molded elastomer field, Minnesota Rubber & Plastics is currently recruiting for a:

• Quality Manager
  

POSITION OBJECTIVE: To lead, direct and coordinate Quality objectives to ensure meeting or exceeding company and customer quality objectives at the lowest cost, consistent with production requirements. To establish and maintain an effective quality system to continuously improve the product quality to a world class level while actively participating in ergonomic and safety issues.

Duties to Include:

• Coordinates overall plant quality efforts
  

• Has daily contact with customers and/or salespeople relating to quality issues.
  

• Direct supervision of Inspection and QA departments.
  

• Interface with other departments and plants as needed.
  

• Supervises quality engineers, document control, quality control department, dimension lab, auditors and inspectors.
  

Experience: 5+ years manufacturing experience with 3+ years experience in quality control departments, familiar with, TS16949, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001.
