Customer Program Manager

Job Location: St Cloud, MN

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Customer Programs, we are seeking and energetic, thorough customer focused individual with 2-5 years experience and relevant post secondary education to join our Program Management Department as a Customer Program Manager.

Skills & Qualifications:
As the successful candidate, you will have strong planning and management skills, and have the ability to adhere to tight deadlines, and manage a challenging workload with shifting priorities while maintaining thorough documentation and communication. As a mature individual with sound judgment, you will use your communication ability to present complex ideas and issues clearly to customers, suppliers, and senior leadership and manage them accordingly.

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or communications will be preferred. Project Management Experience, PMP certification, and/or New Flyer product knowledge are considered an asset. Travel for this position may be up to 25% due to the nature of the role.
