Operations Dispatcher

Job Location: St Paul, MN

Operations Dispatcher - Part Time St. Paul, MN The Operations Dispatcher serves as the link between Loomis, its Armored Services Technicians, and its customers to ensure the high standards of safety, security, and customer service.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Control access to the facility
  

• Communication with all routes
  

• Handle incoming customer calls
  

• Compile/Enter route productivity data into SOFI
  

• Perform other duties as required
  

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess high school diploma or equivalency
  

• Ability to read, count, add, subtract, write, and record numbers
  

• Ability to perform computer data entry
  

• Possess professional telephone manner
  

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of organization
  

• Possess excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail
  

• Possess problem solving skills
  

• Ability to coordinate various activities simultaneously
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Systems(Word/Excel/Outlook)
