Accounts Receivable Representative
As a Digi-Key Accounts Receivable Representative, you will be part of the Accounting group, making payment, credit and debit entries; processing accounting-related correspondence; and responding to internal and external Accounts Receivable inquiries by phone, fax or e-mail. Requirements include strong past customer service experience, excellent communication skills, excellent alphanumeric skills, and strong detail orientation.

Logistics Representative
As a Digi-Key Logistics Representative, you will be part of the Logistics Management group, processing bills of lading, airbills, manufacturer and special certificates of conformance, electronic export information and international inbound customs forms; working closely with logistic companies, customers, and internal departments; monitoring supplier compliance; and assisting with logistic-related problem resolution. Requirements include excellent communication, organizational, and computer software skills (specifically, Microsoft Excel, Word and Access). Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner. Previous experience with transportation and logistics are desired.

Web Analytic Specialist
As a Digi-Key Web Analytic Specialist, you will be part of the e-Commerce group, preparing and maintaining analytical reporting and dashboards of supplier portals. In this role, you will conduct research and report your research / analytics findings to internal personnel and Digi-Key suppliers. Requirements include a college degree (bachelor or associate-level) in a related field, very practical experience with and understanding of the internet and e-commerce processes, and highly developed analytical skills..

Volume Sales Associate
As a Digi-Key Volume Sales Associate in our Volume Business Division, you will be working to develop a defined customer base, establishing buyer/seller relationships, dealing with the purchasing/buyer community, and supporting production or repeat buys from customers. As you build customer rapport, your goal will be to establish Digi-Key as a supporter of the customer's supply chain and production requirements. You will be working a rotating day shift in this position. Requirements include strong past experience in sales/customer service roles, computer software skills, and excellent communication skills.

Inbound Sales Representative
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Digi-Key customers, responding to pricing/stock inquiries, entering orders and generally assisting customers. Digi-Key provides a comprehensive training program for new inbound sales staff. Requirements include a strong customer relations background and computer software skills, as well as a positive, professional demeanor.
