Maintenance Tech, FT -Bismarck, ND
Techs need to be skilled in general maintenance repairs including plumbing, appliances, water heaters, HVAC units an electrical work. Must have a vehicle, driver's license and tools. Must have experience in all aspects of residential construction, maintenance and repair. Must have own transportation, valid drivers license, and hand tools.

Leasing Specialist, FT - Bismarck, ND, FT & PT, Fargo, ND
GOLDMARK seeks ambitious individuals to join our part-time apartment leasing team. Responsibilities include showing and leasing apartments and providing customer service for residents. Schedule includes early evening and weekend hours. Candidates need sales experience, strong people and organizational skills, and a drive for success. Incentives with promotional opportunities available. Eligible for 401k after 6 months.
