Mercury Insurance Group has an immediate opportunity for a fulltime
Support Specialist II/ Dispatch in our Oklahoma City office.Job Specifications
Under general supervision, performs routine but varied clerical and support duties according to standard procedures. Types and transcribes assignments such as business correspondence, forms and reports. Compiles information for reports, processes forms and documents, maintains records, works with figures, operates various office machines and may include direct contact with customers.
- Worker characteristics are normally acquired through completion
of a high school education, a minimum of 1 year general office or
experience.
- Written and verbal communication skill to proofread and edit
routine forms, reports and business correspondence as well as
explain Company policies and procedures and respond to routine
inquiries.
- General knowledge of department procedures and operations to
prepare, process, and complete assignments appropriately and
maintain records.
