Maintenance Supervisor

Job Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Commercial Property Management firm currently has an opening for a Maintenance Supervisor at a Class A bldg in Northwest OKC. Position is responsible for overseeing general building maintenance, including staff,vendors and contractors. Must be skilled in preventative maintenance, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repair and familiar with energy management systems. Establishes and maintains positive relationships with tenants. Position is full-time M-F. Must be available for on-call shifts.

Candidate will be self-motivated, possess an excellent work ethic and have good communication skills. Previous maintenance and supervisory experience required. Prior experience with energy management systems is a must. Prefer candidates that are customer service oriented and have good computer skills.

 

Previous maintenance and supervisory experience required. Prefer 10+ years related experience in multi story commercial buildings. Maintenance experience should include preventative maintenance, HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Prior experience with energy management systems is a must. Prefer candidates that are tenant/customer service oriented and have good computer skills. CFC, BOMA certification preferred and State license required. Must have prior experience in supervisory position.
