Description
Avera Sacred Heart Hospital is seeking a Quality Improvement
Coordinator to join our team. Responsible for coordination of
quality improvement activities: will facilitate QI teams using LEAN
processing, Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) and other performance
improvement methodologies; will evaluate the efficiency and
effectiveness of operations through performance improvement
activities; serve as a resource for performance improvement by
leading, teaching, and guiding various quality improvement
activities; will assist in managing quality data bases, data
analysis, and preparing/presenting quality outcomes.Qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a clinical health related field; strong clinical background and experience in quality improvement activities preferred.
