District Manager

Job Location: Amarillo, TX

Braum's is currently looking for a District Manager. This person will be responsible for overseeing 7 of our Food/Retail Stores in the following areas. Amarillo, Pampa, Dumas, Borger, Liberal, KS and Guymon, OK Areas.

Job requirements:

• Overseeing recruiting, interviewing, hiring, development, training and supervision of all 7 stores.
  

• Supervise and help train all Store Managers
  

• Overseeing stores on an as needed basis to ensure proper sales and marketing.
  

• Communicate corporate policies and procedures to each store and ensure enforcement and proper operation at each store.
  

• Handle and satisfy any customer complaints.
  

• Conduct monthly safety inspections and regular inspections and prepare reports
  

• Oversee that proper condition and image of property is maintained
  

• Work closely with other management and corporate departments.
  

• Strong written and oral communication skills
  

• Ability to interface with employees at all levels of organization
  

• High level of integrity; highly motivated
  

• 3+ years MANAGEMENT experience in multi-unit operations
