Human Resource Generalist

Job Location: Osceola, WI

This full-time position provides general support to the HR Manager in the areas of recruitment, benefits administration, and compensation practices.

• Processes bi-weekly payroll.
  

• Also provides leadership and support to managers and employees, as well as coach and train managers to properly apply human resource policies within the facility.
  

• Must have knowledge of current employment and payroll law. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related degree and 2-5 years experience in HR or equivalent.
  

• Healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.
