I was recently given the task of implementing Lean Manufacturing at my place of employment. I have been training (and doing lean projects) for the past five months. Approximately 30 percent of our 60- person workforce is currently engaged in improvement projects. Unfortunately, we have one or two disruptive co-workers (as do most places).
